Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday that the children enjoy learning about. This week we conducted several different activities that relate to Thanksgiving. The children enjoyed making their turkeys and were happy to bring them home to their families. 

Throughout the activity, the chidlren identified several different colours 

they saw and glued on the materials needed to complete their turkey. The JK children found it a bit difficult to put glue on the smaller items but with guidance they were able to put less glue and paste their objects on their craft. The SK children were able to cut their own feathers and paste their own materials without any assistance. 

Overall it was an interesting and interactive activity that challenged the children to be creative and thoughtful during the experience.
